During my fourteen years' study of Christian Science my mental state has completely changed; and the idea I had formed of life has been radically reversed in proportion as I have grasped and assimilated the truths contained in our textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy.
I took up the study of Christian Science in 1916, not for physical healing, although I had been a semi-invalid for many years, but with the hope that it might prove to be a practical religion, of which I was in great need at that time.
I did not come into Christian Science for healing, but to find God, whom I had been seeking for many years, as the concept of God I had did not appeal to me.
After many years of blessings experienced through the study and application of Christian Science, a deeper sense of gratitude prompts me to tell how this truth was given to me.
