The Great Supper

Go ye out into the highways,
Bring My wandering children back
To the feast of Love's preparing;
In My house there is no lack.

Go ye out into the hedges
Reared by fear and doubt and sin.

There is room within Truth's mansion;
Call My wandering children in.

None need wait outside, uncertain;
All things ready are, and free.
Tell to all the old, old story,
Call My children home to Me.

Bring the poor, the sick, the earth-bound;
When on this true bread they feed
Pain and poverty will vanish,
And they shall be free indeed.

Give each one a wedding garment,
Seamless robe of truth and grace:
Clad in radiant, pure perfection
They shall see Me face to face—

See the King in all His beauty,
Stand beside the crystal sea,
Imaged there as Mind's reflection,
All My children safe with Me.
