I have received so much help from testimonies I have read in the periodicals that I want to express my gratitude for all that Christian Science has done for me.

I had the great privilege of attending a boarding school run by Christian Scientists. I knew scarcely anything of the truth before I went there, and I can never cease to be grateful for all the truth I learned at school. Science has taught me to make a friend of God, to turn to Him for guidance, and to trust in Him. Mrs. Eddy says in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" (p. 1), "No loss can occur from trusting God with our desires."

I should like to express gratitude for the protection that Christian Science affords. I had been spending the day with friends, and later in the day when we were returning to school we ran into a thick mist. Going over the moors we had a puncture, and it was proposed that four of us should walk on. I had not been feeling well that day, and although I had tried to realize God's omnipresence, the difficulty had not lifted. The suggestion came that to walk was impossible, but I immediately declared the real man's perfection. As we walked along we sang hymns, and we walked three miles and a half before the car caught up to us. I was feeling so happy and grateful for the truth that I realized I was free. This was another proof to me that the understanding of God restores harmony.
