Several references were made to Christian Science by the contributor of a letter on "Indifference to Church" that appeared in one of your recent issues. That there may be no confusion created by the writer's mention of Christian Science, will you please publish this letter?

Mary Baker Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, in her book "Unity of Good," writes (pp. 9, 10): "What is the cardinal point of the difference in my metaphysical system? This: that by knowing the unreality of disease, sin, and death, you demonstrate the allness of God. This difference wholly separates my system from all others." One wishing to know something about Christian Science would naturally desire to study the books on this subject that would enable him to gain a demonstrable understanding of it.

Mrs. Eddy has supplied all of the books that are necessary, along with the Bible, for the gaining of a demonstrable understanding of Christian Science. All that is required of one seeking this understanding is a conscientious and an earnest desire for spiritual enlightenment. If one studies the textbook of Christian Science, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," by the same author, free from bias of thought, his desire will be satisfied.
