In announcing the resignation, effective September 1, 1932, of Mr. Edward A. Merritt, a member of The Christian Science Board of Directors of The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts, and the appointment of Mr. William P. McKenzie as his successor, the Board of Directors make public the following communications:
