I am very grateful to God and to our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, for unfolding to mankind this wonderful and applicable truth. It is my sincere desire to practice it to the best of my understanding. Membership in The Mother Church and active membership in a branch church mean much to me, as do the loving and untiring efforts of our practitioners and Christian Science nurses.

I am deeply appreciative of the many opportunities afforded us each day for applying our spiritual understanding in seeing our brother man, as well as ourselves, made perfect in God's image and likeness. I have had many demonstrations, among them the overcoming of false pride, inflammation of the bladder, ivy poisoning, peritonitis, and fistula, the last of several years' standing.
