The Psalmist says, "Give unto the Lord the glory due unto his name." I wish to glorify His name by the following testimony.

I had been in bed almost five years suffering from tuberculosis of the bowels when Christian Science was brought to my attention by my sister, and through the loving, consecrated work of a Christian Science practitioner I was soon up, and gradually resumed my former household duties.

An operation had been submitted to during the first year of my illness but did not bring about my recovery; I needed to learn that the only real operation man can undergo is that of divine Love speaking to the human consciousness, declaring that man is ever perfect and harmonious, free from material beliefs and laws. I was also healed at this time of nervousness, sleeplessness, and constipation, after being in bondage to the last-mentioned trouble for many years.
