For some time past my heart has been so filled with praise and gratitude for Christian Science that I have felt I should publicly express my gratitude, and thus share it with others. Christian Science has meant much to me, to my wife, and to our four children; and it is continually helping us, as we daily improve in our understanding and application of this beautiful truth.

My first attendance at a Christian Science service was at a branch church one Sunday evening. I had always been a churchgoer, and that morning I was in my accustomed place in an orthodox church. However, on the invitation of a friend I attended the Christian Science evening service, and found such love and truth expressed there that I have attended regularly since.

For some years I had been a sufferer from acute neuritis; I was bent over and walked with a decided limp, and carried a temperature daily. It is so wonderful to relate—and I hope this may help some other—relief came to me at the time of this first attendance. Since then I have realized a full cure of this painful ailment! For years this had been treated by material aid in many forms, and it would not yield. A condition of chronic bronchitis and asthma also disappeared at the same time.
