Eternity

No weary getting well, no falling ill;
No waiting for the drying of our tears.

But here, and now, and always, God is All—
Spirit, and Life, and Love that casts out fear,
Truth that is absolute, and ever near,
Ready to answer us before we call.

Leisure for sympathy that heals and cheers;
Leisure like Mary's, at the Master's feet;
Work never hurried, excellent, complete;
These are the daily proofs of Soul-filled years.
