Christian Science has indeed proved to be for me the "pearl of great price." It is now over six years since treatment was sought for a nephew who had then undergone three surgical operations and was to be prepared for a fourth. He was suffering from a serious bone trouble in his leg. In this case man's extremity proved to be God's opportunity. The healing was accomplished, slowly but surely, through Christian Science; and to-day there is great cause for gratitude in seeing him a healthy boy, free from the old limitation and rejoicing in the fact that he is a child of God.

I too have experienced physical healings, including headache, colds, and, above all, protection in an accident when I fell down a flight of stairs on my back. Through the loving help of a practitioner I was able to understand that man under the unerring direction of God could suffer no harm. This healing was complete in a week, and I was enabled to take a holiday, which had been arranged previously, the following week, and to walk often ten miles in the course of a day. For this proof of the power of God, divine Love, as ever present, I am deeply grateful, and also for membership in a branch church and The Mother Church, which enables me to take an active part in the duties to be fulfilled and enjoyed.—(Miss) Mabel A.
