Christian Science found me after two years of invalidism, during which I had undergone two operations. Although still far from well, I did not come into Christian Science primarily for physical healing. I was seeking a religion that would satisfy me. As I began the study of the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, together with the Bible, attended the church services and applied the truth to the best of my understanding, I came gradually into better health. I knew my improved condition was due to Christian Science.

I have had many physical healings, including the healing of fatigue, a sprained ankle, weak and inflamed eyes, neuralgia, a tendency to take cold, and other ills too numerous to mention. The healing for which I have been most grateful is the overcoming, in some degree, of belief in the reality of death, which, until my study of Christian Science, seemed indeed a grim monster.

Above the physical healings I value the regeneration which has taken place in my thinking and which has freed me, to some extent, from fear, worry, a false sense of responsibility, harsh criticism, and given me a greater love for God and humanity.—(Mrs.) Irene Riegg, Reno, Nevada.
