Love's Care

Love leads!
And with faltering, burdened steps,
And slow,
I follow on to know
An ever brightening way
That points to God's unburdened day;
Because
Love leads.

Love guides!
And with growing, lifting faith,
And hope,
I now no longer grope
In darkness and in fear,
But find my way so free and clear;
Because
Love guides.

Love guards!
And with carefree, joyful tread,
And sure,
My hand in His, secure
From harm along the way,
I wake to God's rejoicing day;
Because
Love guards.
