I am very grateful for what Christian Science has done for me. In January, 1923, I was very ill, and went to see a doctor. He told me I was suffering from sugar diabetes, and ordered me to go under strict diet. This proved of no avail, and I gradually grew worse. In fact, I could scarcely walk about, and my eyes became so bad that I could hardly see. This continued until June in the same year, when Christian Science was introduced to me. By reading "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, I soon came to a better understanding of God, who is All-in-all. I found that my state of health was improving. My eyes became better, and the pain began to leave me. I am now healed of the diabetes, and I have not dieted or had any medicine since the end of that June. I am grateful for the kindness of the practitioner, who taught me to know that God is indeed All-in-all, and that there is no illness, sin, or discord in God's kingdom.

My wife and I want to know more of this wonderful truth, and are both anxious to become members of The Mother Church. I write these lines freely from my heart; and I sincerely hope that others may read them who are seeking for and longing to know more of the truth. I cannot express the gratitude I feel to Mrs. Eddy for her books, and also for the Sentinel, the Monitor, and the other Christian Science literature.
