It is with a heart full of gratitude that I desire to give this testimony of the blessings which have come to our home since we turned to Christian Science.

The healing of my son was wonderful. From the day he was born he had a severe cough, and as he grew older it grew worse, especially during the winter months. We tried everything we possibly could, but he seemed to get worse. When he was eight years old, he was sent home from school. The doctor told us he should be put to bed and not allowed to be up under any consideration. He coughed and screamed with pain until I did not know what to do. It was then I decided to get a Christian Science practitioner to treat him. I telephoned to one about four o'clock in the afternoon. In less than an hour all pain had left him, and he rested easier than he had done for a week. He had suffered so much with the cough that he looked like a little starved boy. The second day the practitioner called he was able to sit up, and the third day he was out of bed and downtown. He was healed by the first treatment. That was over four years ago. He has had no return of the trouble since, but has gained in every way; and he is about the strongest boy of his age for blocks around. He weighs ninety-eight pounds now, whereas four years ago he weighed only forty-five pounds. I am certainly grateful for this healing.

I have had Christian Science treatment for my other children also, and their healings were indeed wonderful. My little girl had a swelling on the side of her neck which a doctor said could not be cured except by an operation. After the first treatment by a Christian Science practitioner she was completely cured. My other little girl, who was bothered with a very bad attack of stomach and bowel trouble and could not eat anything for nearly a week, losing a great deal of weight, was out of bed and healed by the third day after Christian Science treatment was begun.
