About two and a half years ago, I was taken suddenly ill with gallstones. After several X-ray examinations, the only hope given me by the physicians was an operation. A few days later, with the loving advice of a member of the family, I was led to try Christian Science and to see a practitioner; and in less than three weeks I was completely healed. With a heart full of gratitude I am continuing to prove God's goodness and power. Many more blessings have come to me, too numerous to mention. I am deeply grateful to God, to Christ Jesus our Way-shower, to our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, and for the unselfish and loving work of the faithful practitioner.—(Miss) Esther Evenson, Chicago, Illinois.
