Sixteen years ago I became interested in Christian Science
Sixteen years ago I became interested in Christian Science. It was quite different from anything I had heard of before. I then began to study Christian Science literature, although it was difficult for me, as I did not know the English language. Then I got up, took my Science books, and went into the garden, where I had a quiet and happy hour in which to make my first demonstration. All discomfort and fever disappeared; I slept well through the night, and the next morning the wound was healed. I am very thankful for this healing, because it taught me that even a small understanding of Truth is sufficient to help and to heal, and also because it was the beginning of further demonstrations.
During the war and the time of revolution divine Love never failed to meet all our needs. Through the realization that
