Christian Science is proving to me that there is nothing...
Christian Science is proving to me that there is nothing impossible with God; also, that there is nothing too good to be true.
It is about ten years since I became a student of Christian Science. It found me forlorn, sick, discouraged. Although I had sought medical aid from many physicians, no one of them was able to help me permanently. Each assured me that I must go on dieting and being careful not to overwork; that the bowel and stomach troubles also headaches were caused by inherited tendencies, for which there was no cure. Finally, in desperation, I called upon God to help me; and in consequence a friend came to me and told me of the healing power of Christian Science. I went with her to a practitioner, and was instantaneously healed of the bowel trouble, from which I had been suffering for several years. Gradually I was healed of the other difficulties; so that within a very few months I was enabled to take a much better position than I had held before, with the result that my financial condition was greatly relieved.
A few years later another wonderful proof of God's loving care was demonstrated in my removal from uncongenial and unhappy surroundings to a happy home, where every opportunity for work and growth in the understanding of Truth is afforded me. My husband and our children are students of Christian Science, and the harmony, joy, and peace it brings daily into our home is cause for great gratitude.
