In grateful acknowledgment of the many blessings that Christian Science has brought to me, I am glad to have this opportunity to tell a few of them. Christian Science was brought to me over thirteen years ago by a dear friend. I was then in a very weak condition, caused by kidney and bladder trouble; I also had weak lungs. From all these ills I was healed within a short time with the help of a practitioner. We now have two dear children. Our boy has been healed of many ills, such as chicken pox and measles; and our little girl was healed of whooping cough within a very short time. My husband, too, has had many beautiful demonstrations. One of them occurred after he had stepped on a rusty nail, which went deep into his foot. This happened in the morning. By night his foot was badly swollen and painful, so I called a practitioner. He slept all night, and next morning the swelling was gone. He was perfectly healed and could put on his shoe.

For these and many other blessings I am most thankful to God and to our dear Leader, Mary Baker Eddy.
