I should like to express my gratitude for the healings and blessings I have received through Christian Science. From childhood I suffered from colds, catarrh, and coughs, which became worse in the cold season. In my home in Esthonia I heard of Christian Science. I decided to go to Germany in order to become better acquainted with this teaching. God's love led me to Hamburg. I asked a dear practitioner for help, which was very lovingly given me. I went to her in a very miserable condition; but after the first treatment, the troublesome afflictions disappeared, and the healing took place. This was in the spring of 1922.

I thank God with all my heart that He let me find this teaching. I know and have proved that God is the only cause and the only effect. Still other errors came to the surface, but were destroyed through the kind help of the practitioner. She helped me with loving patience whenever I became discouraged.

I am especially grateful for the Sunday services, and for the Wednesday evening meetings, with their testimonies, through which I have often learned the way. In my homeland I cannot have these. However, by means of the Bible Lessons I can have the service wherever I am; and the Father's love is always with me. I pray God that I may grow in this truth, and that He may give me His blessings.
