To hear Truth's trumpet call,—
Is faithfulness.

Just to sow Truth's living seed,
To meet a brother's need,
To know that Love doth lead,—
Is faithfulness.

Just to love when hate seems near,
To dry another's tear,
To feel Love's presence here,—
Is faithfulness.

Just to stand when storms seem rife,
To know nor pain nor strife,
To know that God is Life,—
Is faithfulness.
