With deep gratitude to God I testify to the blessings which have come to me through Christian Science. I suffered for several years with an abdominal complaint which caused me much pain and inconvenience and, in addition, brought about many other ills. I was under the treatment of several physicians, and faithfully followed all directions and orders. For six weeks I was in a sanitarium, without much improvement. I lived in the belief that only through an operation could I be freed.

For about two years I have known of Christian Science, and have interested myself in its teachings, although in the beginning I made very little progress. About half a year ago, I gave myself up to Christian Science treatment, and through the loving, patient guidance of a practitioner, I was not only freed from all physical ills, but grew in the understanding of God. Now I read only the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, and the Bible, as well as the Christian Science periodicals; and my greatest wish always is to gain more understanding of divine Love. Our children have also experienced many quick recoveries.

My heart is filled with great thankfulness to God and to our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy, as well as to those who have helped me to understand these glorious truths.
