The dispatch from White Plains, New York, headed, "Christian Scientist Dies Refusing Aid," was mistaken, in that the person mentioned was not attended by a Christian Scientist, in the correct and usual sense of this term, but was attended by a person belonging to another group, which uses the words "Christian Science" while not following Mary Baker Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science. I submit, also, that there is no more reason for reporting an alleged failure by a Christian Science practitioner than there is for reporting failure by the practitioners of other systems.
