It is with the deepest sense of gratitude I send this...
It is with the deepest sense of gratitude I send this testimony of my healing in Christian Science. Severe heart trouble of long standing led me to seek help from Christian Science; and I thank God I am now perfectly well. The healing was slow, but taught me many valuable lessons which otherwise might have gone unheeded. But it is for the understanding of Life and the knowledge of God as ever present Love that I am most grateful; and my earnest desire is to gain more of this truth, which frees us from sin and sickness. Surely no one can wonder when I say that I am grateful to that noble woman, Mary Baker Eddy, who walked so humbly and patiently with God that she might give this truth to the whole world. Through the teaching contained in her textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," she is showing us how to make the teachings of the great Exemplar, Christ Jesus, always available and applicable to meet every need, in every walk of our daily lives.
Always will I sing the praises of Christian Science, for it is leading us to the land "where fetters fall and the rights of man are fully known and acknowledged" (Science and Health, p. 227).—John D. Suttie, Prahran, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
