I wish to express my gratitude for all the joy and happiness that have come into my life through the study of Christian Science. I can testify that God heals the sick now as certainly as in Jesus' time.

For a number of years I had chest trouble, nasal catarrh, and internal weakness. I also wore a truss, my eyes troubled me very much, and I was constantly having my glasses changed. To-day I rejoice in splendid health, and my sight is better than it ever was. All this I owe to the study of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. In 1922 I was restored to health by the help of a practitioner when it seemed as though I were passing on. My boy of ten and a half years has never known anything but the teaching of Christian Science, and has been quickly healed of measles, whooping cough, colds, and so on. Many times he has helped himself through applying the teachings of Christian Science. One of the greatest blessings of Christian Science is that we are able to teach our children the truth about God and man—that God's creation is spiritual, not material.

For some time I have enjoyed the great privilege of teaching in the Christian Science Sunday School; and great indeed has been the revelation of good which has come to me in this work. I am deeply grateful for my membership with The Mother Church, also for class instruction. As I learn more of the truth which makes free, my love and gratitude to God and our dear Leader increase. I feel I can best express this gratitude by striving to be worthy of the name Christian Scientist.
