In an interesting letter under the heading "Keeping Fit," in your recent issue, your correspondent speaks of "philosophy, Christian Science, or the Christian religion." From this it would appear that the writer differentiates between Christian Science and "the Christian religion," whereas they are one. The teaching of Christian Science is in strict accordance with that of Christ Jesus, as an unbiased perusal of its textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, will show. On page 269 its author says: "I . . . plant myself unreservedly on the teachings of Jesus, of his apostles, of the prophets, and on the testimony of the Science of Mind. Other foundations there are none."
