With a grateful heart I wish to give my testimony of a quick healing through Christian Science. I suffered from so-called varicose veins for over twenty years. During the summer of 1922 I suffered from severe pains in the feet, and was unable to continue my work. The left leg especially had been greatly swollen and dark red for months. I already possessed the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, and read the Lesson-Sermons daily. I also attended the church services and meetings, but still was unable to overcome the error by myself. Then I was given the address of a practitioner and requested Christian Science treatment, which was lovingly given. Even after the first treatment I noticed a lessening of the intense pain from which I had suffered for years; and after a fortnight I had improved to such an extent that I was again able to resume my work and continue at it steadily. Now I possess so much strength that I am able to stand for hours.

I am so happy and grateful that I found Christian Science, through which I have become a healthy and happy woman. I thank Mrs. Eddy for her blessed work; and I am deeply grateful to God that He led me to Christian Science.
