For the many blessings that come to me each day through the study and application of Christian Science I am truly grateful to God. A few years ago an attack of acute indigestion was entirely overcome, with the help of a practitioner. A year and a half ago high blood pressure was overcome with assistance from a practitioner; and five months later my glasses, worn for four years, were laid aside through a better understanding of God gained by those former experience and the study of the works of Mrs. Eddy, together with the Bible and the Christian Science periodicals.

My gratitude for the spiritual uplift that comes to me through the study of the Bible and the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, is beyond words to express. This unfoldment of spiritual ideas is more than all the world to me.

One day, while I was helping a friend get dinner, a percolator of coffee was upset and the boiling liquid spilled over both my hands. A look at the hands showed them burned as red as fire. The truth was declared, and in a very short time the hands were as before. "O, for a thousand tongues to sing my great Redeemer's praise."
