Since coming into Christian Science we have had many wonderful proofs of God's loving care and protection. I did not come first for healing, but soon afterwards the healing power of God's Word was made known to us through the healing of our little boy. From the day he was born he seemed to be troubled with bronchitis, which developed into asthma and a very weak heart. After being under the doctor's care for two years and trying changes of climate, we asked for help in Christian Science. The little boy was healed in one treatment, and never had a return of this complaint. He is almost five years old now, and a healthy, sturdy child. Measles, scarlet fever, and other ailments have all been healed with the slight understanding we have of Christian Science. What we are most grateful for is the spiritual unfoldment and the realization of God's ever-presence Christian Science has given us.

Words can hardly express my deep gratitude to God, to Mrs. Eddy, and for the loving help of the practitioners. My only desire is to learn more of this truth, and to live the life of a Christian Scientist.—(Mrs.)Mathilde Westendorp, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
