Seventeen years ago, Christian Science found me a wreck, both mentally and physically. I had been told nothing more could be done for me, as I was in the last stages of Bright's disease. My brother, being interested in Christian Science, suggested that I try it; and I am so grateful I was led to this truth. In three weeks' time I went home healed. My eyes had been in such a condition I had not been able to get any glasses to fit. They were healed also.

Before I became interested in Christian Science, I was a great reader of the Bible, but did not understand it. After studying "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, however, I read and reread it; and it was like a new book to me, and is now my daily companion. Through the constant study of the chapter on Prayer in our textbook, and the ninety-first psalm, I was healed of the fear of storms.

During two years of the war, when my boys were in the Navy, neither of them lost a day from duty; and I can truthfully say that I never felt the least uneasiness about them, knowing that God was all-power, ever present, filling all space. I am indeed very grateful to God, to Mrs. Eddy, and to the practitioner who so lovingly helped me when I was in distress.—(Mrs.) Florence M. Barziza, Houston, Texas.
