Christian Science was presented to me for physical healing at a time when I was almost desperate because of the failure of material remedies. A friend, seeing my need, asked why I did not try Christian Science. Eagerly I grasped this opportunity, and within a very short time I was healed. I was very grateful to the practitioner and to this friend for the freedom from suffering; but was satisfied to sit back and enjoy the comfort and ease and was not much concerned as to whence it came. However, later on, a condition arose where I had again to be reminded that Christian Science holds the solution not only for physical ills, but for every phase of discord in human experience. Then I began earnestly studying the Bible together with "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy; and I am daily and hourly proving the foregoing statement.

I have experienced healing of bronchitis and asthma. Ptomaine poisoning was overcome in a day. Recently, a sprained ankle that had completely disabled me was entirely healed within six hours.

I feel that I can show my gratitude for Mrs. Eddy only by being a Christian Scientist in so far as I am able to understand what that means. I am grateful to those loving friends who have helped and are helping me along the way.
