I would like to express my very sincere appreciation for...
I would like to express my very sincere appreciation for Christian Science, for Mary Baker Eddy, and for all of the periodicals. I did not come into Science for any physical healing. I had always enjoyed the testimonies of others, and when I had a need I turned very naturally to Science and was healed of the bondage to glasses almost instantaneously, laying them aside as useless, and without their aid reading "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," by Mrs. Eddy. Finally the daily lesson was studied and the Bible read through, followed by a desire to read the periodicals.
Now after several years a clearer understanding is coming and I rejoice in knowing that a demonstrable religion is here. My little girl of four years is an earnest little student and my husband is much interested. We have had many healings, including the overcoming of colds, chicken pox, and indigestion. Each day brings many helpful and corrective thoughts and we are glad to know that, in the words of the psalmist, "Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore."
(Mrs.) Ethel Moore Woodbury, Phoenix, Ariz.
