Murphysboro, Ill.—The Christian Science Society of Murphysboro has purchased the old Logan property on Walnut Street, and will later build a church on the site. The consideration for the property was $4000. The Christian Science Society, after two or three years' work in Murphysboro, finds itself with a fairly good membership, which has grown steadily from the first.—Republican-Era.

San Mateo, Calif.—First Church of Christ, Scientist, which recently purchased a piece of property on the corner of Monte Diablo Avenue and the state highway, is making arrangements to begin work on the construction of a beautiful church on this property.—News-Leader.
