I am happy to testify to what Christian Science has done for me during the past seven years. My first experience was an instantaneous healing of fever. For three years before becoming interested in this teaching I had slow fever, typhoid and malaria, and had been told by several doctors that I could not live in the lower climate. This was very discouraging, as my husband was in the sawmill business and this meant we must live near some cypress brake. Since studying Christian Science I have lived at this place and have been healed of the fear of fevers. Rheumatism, stomach trouble, sick headache, and many other forms of sickness have also been overcome. My two youngest children have never tasted medicine. Measles, whooping cough, chills, and fever have yielded to the truth, and each year we have fewer of the ills that flesh is heir to.

Christian Science has indeed brought many blessings into our home, and my daily prayer is that I may do for others in gratitude for what has been done for me. I now have the privilege of attending the church services and have had class instruction. For all of this I feel thankful to God, the giver of all good, and grateful to Mrs. Eddy for being so patient in pointing the way in Christian Science.
