Four years ago I began the study of Christian Science, earnestly seeking a better understanding of God, and I am deeply grateful for the glimpse of Truth that has been revealed to me. This vision has brought love, joy, and peace into my life, with many beautiful healings. The first healing came unsought, for after a few hours' reading of the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, I was able to lay aside glasses, which had been worn for more than fifteen years. A sense of grief has been overcome, and burdensome beliefs of limitation are disappearing as the apprehension of God's allness is unfolded to my consciousness. For these proofs I am truly grateful, because since learning in Christian Science that progress is the ever operative law of God, they become signs of the dawn of the day of spiritual understanding, making new the promise recorded in Isaiah, "The path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto perfect day."

For the "Key to the Scriptures," the loving help of practitioners, the ministry of our periodicals, and many other blessings my debt to our inspired Leader is unspeakable, and my sincere desire is to live up to the high calling of one enlisted in the service of mankind.
