I am very grateful for the many blessings my family and I have received through a better understanding of God as taught in Christian Science. Ivy poisoning, burns, varicose veins, headache, abscesses, neuralgia, and imperfect sight are some of the ills that have been overcome by Christian Science treatment.

I regret to say that two years were wasted in doubt and prejudice; now I am studying hard trying to make up for lost time. One statement by Mrs. Eddy that always gives me new courage is, "What God cannot do, man need not attempt" (Science and Health, p. 231). If we only would believe this and realize it every time a problem confronts us, it would certainly enable us to wait patiently for divine guidance. I am very grateful to Mrs. Eddy, who has given us a key to the Scriptures which enables us to understand God as Love, ever present and all-wise. It seems wonderful to have a religion to teach our children which they can apply to their everyday needs all through life.
