For some time I have felt that it was my duty to testify to the wonderful healing of my eye through Christian Science. Material means had been used for some time and I also wore glasses, but the condition became worse. Four years ago, however, it was entirely overcome through the loving help of a faithful practitioner, and there has never been any return of the trouble. I have done the finest kind of work and read a good deal—all without glasses. A serious case of kidney trouble and rheumatism was entirely overcome by the help of the same practitioner. The doctor said I no doubt would be subject to it all winter, as I had come from California to the East for a year, but I go out on the coldest days and am not affected in the least. I am stronger and healthier now than for years.

For these healings and many others I am truly thankful to God, the giver of all good. I am also grateful to our Leader, Mrs. Eddy, for her wonderful statements of Truth, and to all those who have helped me in any way to an understanding of Christian Science, whereby we gain peace.
