With deep gratitude I send this testimony of my healing through Christian Science. All my life I had been bound by the belief of having inherited a weak constitution, and in August, 1915, I came home from normal school to mortal sense suffering from a nervous breakdown. Christian Science was brought to my notice for the second time, and this time I was ready to relinquish the binding beliefs and become receptive to the healing power of Truth. After having treatment for a few weeks I was healed, and on returning to college in the fall was able not only to take the regular schedule but to do extra work besides. I realize now that our only true inheritance is from God, and that this understanding releases us from mortal bondage. At the close of the year's term good health, a high record, and many beautiful demonstrations of Truth gave proof of what had been done for me through Christian Science.

One experience by which I profited I hope will reach others struggling with the same problem. As the close of school drew near, the rush and worry of final examinations seemed to be manifested by all the students. On the last day in which it was possible to finish the term theme I lost the old limited sense of time, and realized the here and now in loving service to my fellow students. The suggestion that time was too limited to spend in helping others was met by the peaceful assurance that in God's kingdom time is unlimited and life eternal. Late in the afternoon I sat down to write my theme, and never had the thoughts and the proper language come so quickly and easily. I spent less than half the time ordinarily devoted to this task, yet my paper was returned to me with few mistakes and the highest grade I had ever received. My desire to be governed in all things by the Mind "which was also in Christ Jesus," was strengthened by this demonstration.

A fear of mathematical examinations was overcome with one treatment. Even from a mortal viewpoint this fear had no foundation, for I had kept up thoroughly with the work, but as a result of the treatment peace and calmness came over me, for I was made to know that the one divine Mind reflected through me did the work. I did not have to make a single correction in working out the solutions, and when the paper was finished I knew that the problems were perfectly solved, so I was not surprised later to learn of the perfect grade. My heart is filled with gratitude to our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy, as the Discoverer of this glorious truth.
