Frequently
an individual comes to Christian Science who has had some previous religious experiences in which the Scriptural promises of peace and harmony have not been realized, or perhaps his religious affiliations have failed to protect him against sickness, discouragement, or other vicissitudes.
It
is a most interesting experience to meet or to hear from some of the many people who have derived untold benefit from the hymns in the Christian Science Hymnal.

In order to be better prepared to give spiritual help in the Army and Navy through Christian Science literature and in other ways, it is desired to secure the names, together with company, regiment, or ship, and present complete mail address of all officers and enlisted men in the service of the United States and of its allies who are Christian Scientists or who have shown an interest in Christian Science.
