The sense of peace and love that came to me on my first attendance at a Christian Science church service can never be described. One Sunday morning I had a severe pain in the head and thought I could not go to church, but I went, and when the soloist had finished singing "Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men," I was healed.

Sciatica was overcome in two treatments, and chronic bowel difficulty, severe headache, and numerous other ailments have disappeared. I have also been helped in many other ways. Before coming into Christian Science I thought it a duty to go to church, but now it is considered a privilege. Words fail to express my gratitude for our services, for the text-book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, and our periodicals. I am grateful for our Bible Lessons, and also for the Sunday school, which teaches our children how to help themselves by looking to God in their need. My son was healed of asthma, from which he had suffered for six years. Christian Science was a great help to him in his school work.

My thankfulness to God knows no bounds. I have recently had the privilege of class instruction, which has been an added blessing. My heart goes out in unbounded thankfulness to God for sending to us in this age one brave and true enough to stand in the face of the world's scorn and hatred that she might make clear again to burdened humanity the straight path to that peace "which passeth all understanding."—
