When I first heard of Christian Science I had been afflicted for over fifteen years with a very painful disease known to physicians as carious bones, also with rheumatism and neuralgia of the liver. The latter caused the most terrible pain for a year, and had driven me to despondency and hysterics. These ills, together with the effects of an operation which had never been properly attended to, have all been healed through Christian Science in the last two years and a half. We bought the text-book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, and what a revelation it is and has been to me, together with the Bible and most of our Leader's writings.

No words can express my thankfulness to God for the many blessings I have received since coming into Christian Science, or my gratitude to Mrs. Eddy for bringing to us this revelation of the truth. Not half has ever been told of the good which comes through Christian Science. I now know that the truth does set us free.
