I want to testify to the healing power of Christian Science. Late in February, 1913, an abscess became manifest on the upper part of my limb. I had no idea what the trouble was, but there was much pain, fever, and a great sense of fear. As I did not feel able to treat myself, I called upon a Christian Science practitioner for help. In three days the pain was entirely gone, and the fifth day the abscess broke externally. It took two months to complete my healing; but with the exception of ten days, although the cavity was two inches long and very deep, I was able to do all my housework and take long walks besides. I was in perfect health all the time, eating and sleeping naturally.

As my healing was rather slow, I had much time for studying the Bible and "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," and for this I am grateful. The healing is permanent, and I am thankful to God, and grateful to Mrs. Eddy for this blessing, as well as for many others.
