About four years ago I became interested in Christian Science. For twenty years before that I was addicted to the liquor habit to such an extent that I believed I could not do without strong drink for any length of time. After reading "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, also the Bible, I decided to go to a practitioner for help. I can truthfully say that I am now completely healed of this habit, also of the smoking habit of thirty years' standing, and I no longer use profane language. I am indeed grateful for these healings, and more than thankful to God for the spiritual uplift I have received since coming into Christian Science.
