Three years ago I had a severe attack of bronchitis. I had medical treatment for a long time, but was not freed of the trouble, although I experienced relief; still, in the physicians' opinion my case was incurable. Then a very troublesome asthmatic cough set in which caused me much inconvenience whenever I contracted the slightest cold, so that I grew almost desperate, and in especially severe attacks often felt that the end was near.

Upon the urgent persuasion of my mother, who had been healed through Christian Science of what was diagnosed as hardening of the arteries, I applied to a practitioner. After a few treatments I felt better, but did not give any thought to the ministry of divine Love. This negligence on my part brought its own result, for I had a return of the trouble, and this time it was much more difficult to remove the error. After many treatments, however, and especially after the diligent reading of Der Herold der Christian Science, and more recently through the study of our text-book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," I have been completely healed. I am deeply grateful to God, and also thankful to our revered Leader for the blessings and benefits which I have experienced through Christian Science.
