Like many others, I came to Christian Science for physical healing. I had been troubled with a bowel disorder for eight years, and also another ailment which one doctor called abscess in the bowels, while another pronounced it ulceration. As I received no help from material remedies, I turned to Christian Science as a last hope, and was healed. I always study the Lesson-Sermon daily, and think it as necessary as my daily food. I feel very grateful to Mrs. Eddy for giving us this true understanding of the Bible, of that "Word" which is the power of God.
