With all other Christian churches, Christian Science...
Dundee (Scot.) Telegraph
With all other Christian churches, Christian Science teaches that God is the only creator, absolute good, infinite, omnipotent, and eternal. It teaches that infinite, omnipotent, eternal, absolute good includes no evil power and leaves place for none; that evil, therefore, is not real in the absolute sense of the word, but a "deceiver," "a liar, and the father of it." It will at once be seen that this strikes at the very root of witchcraft, or belief in an evil power. Further, Christian Science declares that, since God is infinite and intelligent, He must be infinite intelligence, the only intelligence, the one Mind, and that all true intelligence manifested in the universe can but be the reflection or expression of the one and only Mind. This again destroys all belief in witchcraft or the domination of one personal sense over another.
Further, Christian Science shows that there is no supernatural, since the creator cannot be supernatural to His own children, to His own creation, and since there is nothing which He did not create. While no student of Christian Science has yet attained to the full understanding of the truth, he believes much less in evil than he did before; he is daily striving to cast out of his thought that which is abnormal and unlike the divine; he is beginning to perceive that the activity of divine Love is forever at hand, is forever available; that it is natural for man to be healthy, happy, and good, unnatural for him to be sick or sinful.
