This is a plain statement of facts in regard to my little daughter, who has been wonderfully helped by Christian Science. In July, 1909, this child, who was then fifteen months old, weighed only fourteen pounds. She had an intestinal disorder and was suffering from the cutting of teeth. She could only retain a special kind of food. In desperation I asked help of a Christian Science practitioner, although the lady was a stranger to me, and she said that God could help my baby. The first change we noticed was that the baby slept better, seemed to suffer less, then gradually the bowel trouble was better, and as I got courage I increased her food. She gained a pound in August, and cut six teeth, but many times I became discouraged and many times the Scientist came bravely to the rescue; no matter what time of day or night I called for help, she cheerfully responded. My little daughter gained steadily inn weight; has had no physician, no help but Christian Science. In six months she could walk as well as any child of her age, could talk, and is perfectly normal in every way. I make no secret of my baby's having been helped by Christian Science, and am willing to have any one write me who is interested in the case.
