It is with heartfelt joy and thankfulness that I testify to the healing power of Christian Science and all that it has done for me and mine. It is over twenty-one years since I first heard of this truth. I was led to investigate it because our good family physician had told my husband that nothing would save me but an operation. To this I would not consent, and told the doctor that I would try Christian Science. He said to my husband that I was losing my mind and that he had better take me on a long trip. We did take a trip, but it was to Detroit, Michigan, where I went to see a Christian Scientist and began treatment. My healing was slow but sure. I was healed twenty years ago and have never had a return of the illness in any form.

God has never failed me once during these years, and the realization of the allness of Truth and Love has enabled me to overcome sin, sickness, and sorrow for myself and others. I have seen the demonstration of this great truth in the destruction of nearly all the ills that flesh is heir to,—yes, all forms of disease healed by this grand Science. Divine Principle, as revealed anew in this age by our beloved and revered Leader, is now known as our refuge from all error. Words are indeed inadequate to express the love I feel to God, my gratitude to our dear Leader, and my appreciation of our noble cause.
