LETTERS TO OUR LEADER

[The following letter from a member of the board of lectureship not only shows a just and loving appreciation of Mrs. Eddy's work and achievement, but is also a tribute to the teaching of one who was taught by her, and who faithfully upheld the gospel which he received.—Editor.

Nebraska City, Neb., Sept. 15, 1909.

Dearly Loved Leader:—How often, as I look at your signature in my Science and health and in "Miscellaneous Writings," do I think of your loving tribute to my dear mother when I saw you last, and I shall always prize those two special copies of your works as my two dearest treasures. Your tribute to Mr. Kimball filled me with joy and thanksgiving, and with its statement of the deathless life he is always living, takes away the sting of death and robs the grave of its victory.
