It was about two years ago that my little daughter was attacked with an ailment which no one seemed to know anything about. My wife, not being a Christian Scientist, called in a doctor, who pronounced it scrofulous trouble of the worst kind. Two others were called, and all tried their remedies to no avail. The child still kept growing worse, until her condition was very critical. One day, while I was at work, the little one was seized with an alarming attack, and a minister was sent for to baptize her. A doctor was also sent for. My sisters, who are Scientists, were passing the house, and heard some one ask if the baby was dead yet. They went in, and hurriedly sent for a Christian Science practitioner. In a couple of hours the child went to sleep, and in a short time she was healed.

I could not begin to tell all Christian Science has done for me, as it is about twenty-one years since my parents accepted this beautiful truth and I was then but a child and never heard any other religion talked in the house. I am very thankful for the blessings I have received.
