Among the many things that Christian Science has done for me is to heal me of the tobacco habit. I was raised on a Southern plantation, where tobacco was the chief product and it is customary for all to use it in some form. I began its use before I was ten years old and used it constantly for more than thirty years. About two years ago I was treated by a Christian Science practitioner for this habit, and was healed in one treatment, nor have I had any desire whatever for it since. Christian Science has made me a better man, morally and in every way, and I am more than thankful to God, and to our Leader, for the many benefits I have received.—George H. Kean, Kansas City, Mo.
